Where is the studio based?
Our main studio is on Rua Augusta, Cerqueira César, São Paulo. We also run site visits across Greater São Paulo, the coast, and selected national projects.
How accurate is the online calculator?
It provides a ±15% indicative range based on typical Frostion One projects. Binding quotes follow a briefing call and site survey.
What is included in full interior design?
Space planning, material palette, 3D visuals, FF&E specification, lighting design, contractor documentation, and two revision rounds per gate.
Do you manage contractors?
Yes, on Design + Build packages. We issue tender packs, compare quotes, and supervise weekly site meetings—we do not act as the general contractor.
What is a typical timeline?
Concept sprint: 2–3 weeks. Full design: 8–12 weeks. Design + build oversight: 4–6 months depending on scope and permitting.
How are payments structured?
40% at project start, 30% at developed design approval, 30% at specification handover. Build oversight billed monthly.
Can you work remotely?
Yes for concept and developed design phases. Specification and site supervision require at least quarterly on-site visits.
Do you source furniture internationally?
We specify local makers where possible; imported pieces are quoted with lead times, duties, and installation notes in your schedule.
